Rinaa Elina Kullaa

Rinaa Elina Kullaa is expected to receive her PhD in European History in 2008 from the University of Maryland College Park. Her major field is the history of Southeastern Europe. In 2004 she received her MPhil in Russian and Eastern European Studies at the University of Oxford. In 2007, she published “Jugoslovensko-Finski Odnosi 1953-1958: Definisanje neutralizma uzduz Sovjetsko-Evropske granice”, “Yugoslav Foreign Policy in the 1950s: From the Split with the Soviets, through Neutralism, Towards Non-Alignment”,and “Where has Tito Retreated?
