Mircea Munteanu

Mircea Munteanu received a Master of Arts in Defense Policy and Diplomatic History with Security Policy Studies at George Washington University, Washington D.C. Currently he is a PhD candidate in Philosophy and History at George Washington University. Since 2001, he is a Program Associate with the Cold War International History Project (CWIHP) at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars in Washington D.C.
