Markku Reimaa

Markku Reimaa made his PhD in political sciences and modern history at the Helsinki University. Since 1970 he works for the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland. From 1997 until 2005, he was a permanent representative of Finland to the Conference on Disarmament in Geneva. Currently he is an Ambassador of the Ministry. Two of his recent publications are "Finnish Ambassadors in the 20th Century" (2003) and an article "Europe with Human Security Dimension" (2005).
