Zikic Foundation, Bonn/Belgrade, in cooperation with the OSCE Mission to Serbia, organized the 30th anniversary conference since the first CSCE follow-up meeting in Belgrade 1977/78. The conference "From Helsinki to Belgrade. The First Follow-up Meeting in Belgrade 1977/78" was held in Sava Center in Belgrade from 8 to 10 March. Belgrade NGO Center served as Conference Secretariat and was responsible for the implementation of the conference.
The conference featured prominent scientists from all over the world, whose lectures covered the following topics:
- CSCE Development Process
- Human Rights and Minorities
- Global Politics - Superpowers, Europe and Neutral and Non-Aligned States.
